Check wires regularly; grease them or replace them as necessary.
Check the function of evacuation routes (inspection hatches and access doors) and make sure they are not blocked.
Make sure the rails are in good condition as a damaged rail can easily cause derailment.
Use Valutec's digital inspection report. It's a good tool for systematically checking the entire kiln. The report also has a dedicated section for the kiln's safety functions.
