It's Show Time!

It's that time of the year when the fairs and conferences are lining up. For Valutec these events are the perfect opportunity to meet with customers and present our technique and the latest development in the field of wood drying. And even more important; it’s an opportunity for us to listen to your specific needs and answer questions.

I really do hope that I’ll get the chance to meet with you at one of the upcoming events and I'd also love to visit your sawmill to learn more and experience the challenges you’re facing with regards to wood drying.

At most of the events where Valutec is participating we'll give you the opportunity to experience our TC Kiln in VR. A truly fascinating experience.
TC is a Swedish abbreviation for ”cross circulation” and th TC-kilns have fast become the most talked about type of kiln in Europe. This due to its because of its distinguishing features and special construction, which results in high flexibility in mixing dimensions, perfect quality and superior capacity.

"It's a machine that has drawn a lot of interest and that provides benefits for many types of sawmills," says Ingo Wallocha, managing director of Valutec Inc. "With our control system, it's very intuitive and still easy to use. We have made sure to automatize a lot of features so that the kiln operator can focus on managing the drying process as a whole."

Developed with the tough Scandinavian climate in mind, Valutec is renowned for building robust and solid kilns in stainless steel. This includes well-dimensioned coils, fans and exhaust systems.

"We don't put a nut or bolt in there that isn't needed, but we build kilns to last for decades," says Ingo.

We will also demo our State-of-the-art control system "Valmatics" during the events.
Valmatics is the only modern kiln control system with an intergrated simulator that helps you optimize the drying process with perfect balance between energy, quality and capacity to find the optimal production flow.
